Notary Services (per notarized principal signature)

-Traditional Notarizations $10.00 ea.

-Electronic Notarizations $15.00 ea.

2026 Travel Rate (updated 07/27/2026)

Travel reimbursement calculated at the IRS reimbursement business rate based on actual mileage each way.

Current reimbursement rate: $0.76/mile (as 7/27/26) 

Non-Notary Services

-I9 Services $60.00 

-Printing .30/page

-Scanning .30/page

-Providing Witnesses $30.00 per witness

-Photo Inspections/Lockbox Installation $75.00/hour

Copy Certifications

A NC Notary Public is unable to certify a copy of a document. A notary can notarize a statement by the signer that attests to the authenticity of a document's copy.

Apostille/Authentication Services

A NC notary can notarize some documents that need to send to the NC Secretary of State for the Apostille/Authentication process.

A NC notary can't perform the Apostille/Authentication as this can only be done by the NC Secretary of State.
